Agreement signed with the Municipality of Hilversum

An important milestone for Geuzenpark: in March 2026, the development agreement with the Municipality of Hilversum was officially signed, paving the way for 231 new homes on the former Korte Noorderweg industrial park. Geuzenpark will transform the site into a green, contemporary neighborhood within walking distance of Hilversum’s train station and lively city center. Designed for people at different stages of life, the development will include 95 apartments for sale and 136 rental apartments across affordable, mid-market and market-rate segments, creating a diverse and welcoming community. The plans for the six residential buildings have also received a positive design review from the municipality. With these important steps completed, Geuzenpark is moving closer to becoming a reality.

Getting ready for sales
